This notice describes what data arises when you use the MoveJack app and this website. The shortest part matters most: your journeys never leave your phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
TrackJack B.V. The app uses your device’s location permission solely to build your own journeys and visits. That data is stored locally on your device<\/strong>. There is no server at our end for it to be sent to, and therefore no copy, no backup and no database in which you appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Because we do not process that data, there is no processing agreement and no access or erasure procedure at our end: you export or delete your journeys yourself in the app. The flip side is that we cannot restore anything if you lose the device. Take an export regularly as your own backup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Subscriptions are bought through the App Store. Payment details are handled there and never reach us. From the store we receive only anonymised confirmation of whether a subscription is active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you write to us we process your name, email address, subject and message in order to answer. The lawful basis is contract or legitimate interests under UK GDPR. We keep those messages for as long as handling the enquiry requires, then delete them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This site loads no fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers and sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
