Terms and Conditions – MoveJack

Definitions

  • App: the mobile application “MoveJack”, available for iOS and Android.

  • User: any natural or legal person who downloads, installs, or uses the App.

  • Pro version: the paid version of the App with additional features.

  • Service: the features, information, and services offered via the App or the associated website.

Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the App and associated services worldwide. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Functionality and Privacy

  • The App does not process personal data outside your own device; all data is stored locally.

  • It is the user’s responsibility to adequately secure the device. MoveJack is not liable for loss or theft of data as a result of unsecured devices.

  • When switching to another device, the user is responsible for exporting data in a timely manner.

Website and Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to provide functionality and analyze usage.
On your first visit, we inform you via a cookie banner and you can set your preferences. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

Subscriptions and Payments

  • MoveJack offers a free trial of 7 days.

  • After the trial period ends, a paid subscription will automatically be activated, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Subscription rates:

    • €7.99 per month within Europe (prices outside Europe may vary according to App Store guidelines).

    • €79.99 per year (annual subscription).

  • All payments and subscriptions are subject to the terms of the App Store where the purchase takes place. Review the current terms in the App Store / Play Store.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless the user cancels via their App Store account.

  • Any price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App and content (software, texts, images, logos) are owned by MoveJack or its licensors.
Without written permission, it is not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit (parts of) the App.

Liability

  • MoveJack strives for correct operation of the App, but cannot provide guarantees for uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • MoveJack is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the App, including loss of data or revenue.

  • The App is provided “as is,” without explicit or implicit warranties.

We aim to respond within 48 hours.

Changes

MoveJack reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. In the event of material changes, users will be notified via the App or the website.
By continuing to use the App, you agree to the amended terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
