These terms apply to the use of the MoveJack app and its subscriptions. They are the English version of the terms of TrackJack International Ltd.

2. What the app does
MoveJack records journeys and visits from your device’s location signal and turns them into a mileage log, working hours and reports. Recording happens on your device. We cannot promise that any particular claim based on your records will be accepted: that is a matter for HMRC on the facts of your case.
3. Trial, subscription and prices
- The first three days are free. The trial is taken out in the App Store and needs payment details; unless you cancel before it ends, it continues as a paid subscription.
- After that you choose a term: monthly, six-monthly or yearly. The current price shows in the App Store, where the subscription is taken out.
- Purchase, renewal and payment run through the App Store and are also subject to its terms.
- A subscription renews automatically for the same term unless you cancel it in your App Store settings.
4. Cancellation rights
Consumers have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days. As the purchase is completed in the App Store, any refund follows that store’s process. Write to us if you need help with it.
5. Your responsibilities
- You make sure the app has the permissions it needs in order to record.
- You check your records and add what a device cannot know, such as the purpose of a journey and who you visited.
- You keep your own backup in the form of an export.
6. Liability
We are liable without limit for wilful misconduct and gross negligence, and for death or personal injury. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable loss typical of this kind of contract. We are not liable for data lost on your device, since storage and backup sit with you.
7. Availability and changes
We keep developing the app and may change or replace features. Material changes to these terms are announced in advance; if you object, you may cancel at the end of the current term.
8. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected.
