Excel
For your accountant
Every trip a row, every field a column. Filtering, sorting and recalculating happens in your own sheet.
For anyone who asks
A cleanly set document with totals, a chart and every trip in detail. Sent or printed directly.
Exporting happens on your device
Your report is made on your phone and goes straight to whoever you choose. There is no server of ours in between, and we keep no central copy of your trip history.
Common questions
Which formats can I export to?
Excel for the bookkeeping and PDF for anyone who asks to see it. Both are sent straight from the app, no computer in between.
Does the report hold what the IRS expects?
Every line carries the date, the mileage, the destination and the business purpose you noted — the things you are expected to be able to show for a business mile. Nobody certifies an app for that, and we do not claim the IRS approves this one: what we can say is that each trip is recorded at the time, while completeness and the purpose stay yours to check.
Can I export per client or per vehicle?
Yes. You pick the period, the vehicle and the client, and the report holds only those trips — with its own totals line. Handy for a Schedule C, and just as handy for a reimbursement claim at your employer.
Does the export run through your servers?
No. The report is put together on your device and goes straight to the recipient you choose. More about that.
What if a trip is missing?
You can add a trip by hand, split or merge trips, before you export. The app keeps no change history; only trips added by hand are marked in the export.
Make your first report after a week of driving.
