AI assistant

On a suitable iPhone you can ask MoveJack questions about your own journeys in everyday language. The assistant runs with Apple Intelligence on your iPhone.

What do you need?

An iPhone 15 Pro or later, with iOS 26 and Apple Intelligence turned on. On Android the assistant is not available.

Whether the assistant appears is decided by the app with Apple Intelligence’s availability check; the app has no device list of its own.

How does it work?

Apple’s language model runs on your iPhone itself. The assistant does not search your data by itself: it asks the app, the app looks it up in your journeys on your phone, and the language model turns that result into its answer. The assistant’s code makes no network request for this.

The assistant does not send your journey history to a server. The link with Apple Intelligence makes no network requests, and the functions the assistant uses only work with the data on your phone.

What can you ask?

For example your mileage over a period, journeys and visits, the CO₂ of your journeys, where you were speeding, your trip scores, your use per vehicle and your clients.

What can the assistant do?

  • Set a journey to business, private or commute, merge a journey with the previous one, or give an address a name. That only happens after you confirm it.
  • Create a report or a client declaration, as PDF or Excel.

The assistant answers in the language of the app.

Where do you find it?

On the home screen, with the ✨ button on the map and below the Start trip button. On an iPhone where Apple Intelligence is not available, and on Android, they are not there.
