iPhone and Android
MoveJack is available for iPhone and Android. Most features work the same on both; a few differ per platform.
Which version is in the stores?
- iPhone: version 2.0.48 in the App Store, since 1 October 2026. At least iOS 15.0 according to the App Store.
- Android: version 2.0.48 in Google Play, since 30 September 2026. At least Android 7.0.
MoveJack has been available for Android through Google Play since 2 September 2026.
What differs per platform
- AI assistant: only on iPhone 15 Pro or later, with iOS 26 and Apple Intelligence. Not on Android. See AI assistant.
- Navigating to your car: Apple Maps on iPhone, Google Maps on Android.
- Journey on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island: only on iPhone with iOS 16.2 or later. See notifications.
- Bluetooth tag: available on Android; not established on iPhone. See Bluetooth tag.
- Backup file and reports: on iPhone in the app’s folder, on Android in the Documents folder, where they stay when you delete the app.
- Battery optimisation: only on Android does the app point you to that setting.
- Position while stationary: only on Android does the app request a position every three minutes so as not to miss a journey. See location and GPS.
iPad and languages
MoveJack is an iPhone app; there is no separate iPad version.
The app is available in nine languages: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Danish and Swedish. By default it follows your phone’s language.
